Mr. Neveloff represents clients in all aspects of transactional real estate as well as complex restructurings. Mr. Neveloff has represented developers of numerous mixed-use projects, including Time Warner Center, as well as numerous regional and local shopping centers, and other commercial projects throughout the country.
Recently, Mr. Neveloff represented Starwood Hotels in selling the retail portion of the St. Regis Hotel, Manhattan; the owner of Starrett City, the largest federally subsidized housing complex in the United States, in a capital transaction; Fortress Investments in connection with The Sheffield, a 497-unit condominium; New York Life Insurance Company in the sale of Manhattan House, a residential complex comprising an entire block of Manhattan; and the seller of The New Frontier Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Neveloff has represented Donald Trump for more than 25 years in innumerable matters. Mr. Neveloff received his J.D. from NYU and was elected to the American Law Institute, American College of Real Estate Lawyers and American College of Mortgage Attorneys.

David is Chief Investment Officer for a single-family office based in New York. Mr. Weiss runs the family office, provides vision, direction and leadership to his staff and external advisors while overseeing all family office services with core investments in real estate, media, licensing & tech.
Over the past 7 years at Rebel Rebel, David oversees: financial reporting, and cash management; investment management and performance reporting; income tax planning and compliance; estate planning and legal services; trust and estate administration; insurance and risk management; operations, human resources administration and other administrative services. David also serves as the “gatekeeper” and as the primary interface with the principles to focus their time and energy on endeavors which are most meaningful to them.
Prior to Rebel Rebel, David played various financial roles for public and private operating companies as well as investment companies.

Eli Elefant - CEO, PROP & BUILDING CORP USA
Eli Elefant is the CEO of PBC USA, the global real estate investment arm of Property Building Corp, one of Israel's largest diversified real estate companies. The vertically integrated New York-based company holds a portfolio of aprox. $2.5B of real estate across the United States and is an acquirer of long-term, urban mixed-use real estate assets.
Over the past five years at PBC Mr. Elefant oversaw dispositions in the company’s retail and industrial portfolios, led a control-oriented buyout and subsequent turnaround of a large asset back partnership and regularly oversees strategy, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions and refinancing activities. Under Elefants leadership the company experienced double digit NOI growth in its core assets.
Mr. Elefant is also an investor, board member and adviser to a select group of prop-tech and fin-tech companies exploring the intersection of real estate and technology.
Prior to joining PBC USA, Mr. Elefant was a Managing Director at Winthrop Financial, (active manager of Winthrop Realty Trust, First Union Realty and Newkirk) where he focused on opportunistic, distressed and special-situation real estate investments. He served as a Captain in the IDF, holds a BA from the IDC in Herzliya, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
John Lippmann - Head of Structuring, NEW YORK LIFE REAL ESTATE INVESTORS
Mr. Lippmann is the Head of Structuring at New York Life Real Estate Investors and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Madison Square Structured Debt Fund. He oversees the production of highly structured real estate loans across New York Life Real Estate Investors’ national platform, including construction, bridge and mezzanine financing, and he is part of the debt leadership team which prices and approves all real estate loans. Additionally, he is responsible for special servicing and manages financings and interest rate hedging strategies for the equity platform.
Mr. Lippmann has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, he worked in the real estate groups at FTI Consulting and Eurohypo AG. He began his career in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Lippmann has a B.A. from the School of Public Affairs at American University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he also taught as an adjunct assistant professor in the Master of Science program at the Schack Institute of Real Estate for over a decade
