Mr. Bolandian has 25 years of investment management experience across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, hedge funds, long/short equity, real estate, fixed income and mergers and acquisitions. Rob helped structure and build a de novo multi-billion dollar family office in order to deploy capital on behalf of a single family. He held several C-Level positions and his responsibilities included developing investment initiatives targeting growth, capital preservation and/or income maximization, depending on the individual family member's risk/return profile. Rob also helped oversee and manage direct principal investments in the Transportation, Energy and Financial sectors.

Prior to the single family office, Mr. Bolandian was a Senior Executive Vice President at MBNA, a $35 billion mono line credit card institution. Mr. Bolandian reported to the Chairman, and provided him with personalized analytics on the financial services industry, macroeconomic environment and competitive landscape. Mr. Bolandian worked on the company's Merger & Acquisitions deal team and was responsible for executing on company acquisitions. Rob was also a member of the Senior Operating Committee, which was formed to continually implement best practices across the organization.

Rob also has experience trading and managing equity portfolios, S&P futures portfolios, fixed income and merger arbitrage portfolios. Mr. Bolandian's stock picking was based on deep bottoms-up fundamental research. His portfolios are built to reflect a blend of deep value and GARP and were geared for absolute return.

Mr. Bolandian has his Series 79 & 63 licenses and resides in Westport, Connecticut.

Prior to joining Crystal in 2010, he held positions at GE Capital, CapitalSource and CIT in addition to spending 5 years in private equity where he focused on distressed and turnaround investing.

Mr. Arnold received his BBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Alan was the Founder and non-Executive Board Chairman of Snap Insurance LLC; the Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of Answer Financial Inc. and the Insurance Answer Center; CEO of Aurora National Life Assurance; Executive-in-Charge of Executive Life Insurance Company on behalf of the California Department of Insurance; President and COO of First Executive Corporation, a $20 billion life holding company; and Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors at Dean Witter Financial Services Group (a predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley).

He managed most of the product areas and as part of a three-person team undertook the development of the Discover card.

He is the former Chairman, President and Board Member of the Western Los Angeles Boy Scout Council. Mr. Snyder is a graduate of Georgetown University (WSJ Scholar) and Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar).

He has been involved in the asset-backed finance industry for 34 years, working in both the investment banking and specialty financing industry. As an investment banker, Mr. Katz was a Managing Director at Smith Barney and Prudential Securities. Mr. Katz was also the COO, CFO and Vice Chairman of AutoBond Acceptance. Mr. Katz graduated from Princeton with a BSE in electrical engineering and computer science.

He advises on a broad range of strategic issues, including capital raising for specialty finance companies, which include equipment leasing and finance, commercial finance, BDCs, consumer finance, mortgage, credit cards, solar finance, online lendingand fintechcompanies and a range of other non-bank financial services. Mr. Donohoe has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker to the specialty finance industry.

Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill in 2012, Mr. Donohoe was a Managing Director and the head of specialty finance investment banking at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to that, he held Managing Director roles at Bank of America and J.P. Morgan, where he also focused on the specialty finance sector.

Mr. Donohoe’s recent transaction experience includes advising asset-based lender Gibraltar on its sale to Hercules, advising consumer lender Triad on its sale to ECN, advising healthcare lender Springstone on its sale to LendingClub, and assisting solar lender Sunlight Financial in raising over $1 billion in equity, debt and loan flow financing since its inception.

Mr. Donohoe has worked on a number of specialty finance debt offerings including leading three bonddeals for BDC of America raising over $300 million and roles ona number of other BDCand finance company debt transactions. Over his career, Mr. Donohoe has worked on a number of landmark specialty finance transactions including the multi-billion dollar sales of KKR Financial, CIT and Heller and the IPOs of Capital One, CIT, Heller, Santander Consumer, PennantPark, Regional Management and Esquire Financial.

Mr. Donohoe holds a Masters of Business Administration with high honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Duke University.
