Mr. Fulco joined MedCore in 2019 with 10+ years of senior housing and healthcare investment experience. Prior to joining MedCore, Mr. Fulco held senior level executive positions with Thrive F.P and Virtus Real Estate Capital where he oversaw and closed over $750MM of value-add senior housing and healthcare related real estate acquisitions and developments. Prior to Thrive F.P and Virtus, Mr. Fulco worked for Belmont Senior Living, a national operator and developer of senior housing, where he oversaw the asset management of a senior housing portfolio which consisted of 22 properties located throughout the United States. Mr. Fulco earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
