William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Mr. Catlin leads a group of client centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI (tech, advertising, media and information) office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

On behalf of Boston’s leading landlords, Wil and his team are currently marketing the most diverse cross section of commercial properties throughout Back Bay, Financial District, Seaport, SoWa, Somerville and East Cambridge.
As an industry influencer, Wil’s thought leadership is regularly seen in national, local and trade publications. Mr. Catlin steers the growth of the full-service firm, as well as formed an internal sense of community that nurtures loyalty, philanthropy and comradery, while also encourages personal and professional growth.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association. Wil lives on Duck Puddle Farm, located in Wayland, MA with his wife, two kids and a collection of American made vehicles (1929 – 2019).

Jonathan Epstein is a Partner of GreenOak, based in Los Angeles. He is responsible for GreenOak’s real estate activities in the Western United States, working on acquisitions across property types, including office, multifamily, retail, hospitality and mixed use.

Prior to joining GreenOak in 2011, Jonathan was President of Hackman Capital Partners and Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s investment entities. Hackman Capital grew, under Jonathan’s direction, from owning and managing 3 million square feet to 16 million square feet in nine states, including California, New York, Massachusetts and Texas.

Previously, Jonathan spent 14 years at Lehman Brothers, where he was primarily responsible for acquiring or investing in over $20 billion in real estate-related assets in the United States, Europe and Asia. During his career at Lehman Brothers, Jonathan built and led its Asian real estate investing, special situation and distressed investing, real estate investment banking, and lending efforts in Asia. Jonathan began his career at Merrill Lynch in the United States in structured finance and principal investing.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree from the School of Management at Boston University.

Mr. Jones is Senior Director of Real Estate Research and Strategy at Principal Real Estate Investors where he is responsible for guiding the real estate team’s regional and macroeconomic outlooks as well as helping guide the firm’s portfolio strategy and allocation decisions.

He has authored numerous thought pieces across focusing on both property sectors and broader economic and capital market trends that impact commercial real estate investment. Prior to joining Principal, he was Senior Managing Economist at CBRE EA in Boston where he led the Office and Industrial commercial real estate research and forecasting teams.

Mr. Jones has 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate research, covering both space and capital markets, as well as a background in regional and labor economics. His prior experience includes several years as an economist with the U.S. Census Bureau, where he authored numerous publications on income trends and survey methodology. He was also a regional economist with Moody’s Analytics.

He is a member of the NCRIEF Research Committee and has given numerous presentations on economic growth and commercial real estate performance. He holds both a B.A. and a M.A. in economics from the University of Maine.

Robert Deckey is a real estate industry executive. Since 2016, he has worked as managing director and senior investment officer at Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the Dallas-based subsidiary of Atlanta-based asset management firm Invesco.

From 1996 to 2001, he worked as a director at Citigroup. From 1992 to 1996, he worked as vice president of real estate investment banking at JP Morgan. From 1989 to 1992, he worked as an associate at AEW Investment Management in Boston. In 1989, Deckey received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. In 1985, he received a BA in engineering and economics from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
