About the virtual event

iGlobal Forum is pleased to announce the upcoming virtual event on the Future of Healthcare Real Estate amidst Covid-19.

Due to the circumstances that have stopped us from meeting face to face, iGlobal Live brings an exclusive virtual event to discuss the future of healthcare real estate.

The Future of Healthcare Real Estate Amidst COVID-19

Key topics include:

  • Geography and territory, both of which were critical dimensions of the competitive landscape for health systems, are being reimagined especially around ambulatory care and what appears to be a rapid adoption towards digital and telehealth.
  • Facility based care will take on a new meaning.
  • Will real estate matter anymore?
  • What will the “new normal” for healthcare look like?  Will it be business as usual or has Covid-19 changed the healthcare delivery brought about a new paradigm?
  • Given the stress on financial stability within healthcare as a result of Covid-19 what about financing structures:
    • Monetization
    • Capital sources
    • Borrowing capabilities
    • Infrastructure
  • Rural healthcare:
    • Will rural hospitals survive?
    • What is the alternative care delivery system?
  • Performance Based Partnering.  Asset heavy industries like healthcare have shed asset weighting over time through Performance Based Partnerships.
